How it works

A weekly cook plan built around your health goal, with one shopping list and what it all costs. AF as in Asian Food.
1

Pick your health goal

Lower LDL, steadier blood sugar, lower blood pressure, weight loss, more protein, or just eating better. Every recipe is checked against it: what helps, what to go easy on, and one swap that keeps the dish.
2

Add the recipes you like

Start from Asian home-cooking favorites, or bring your own: paste a link from any recipe site or a YouTube video, or paste the ingredient list. Each recipe keeps a link back to the cook who made it.
3

Plan the week in minutes

The planner suggests a week of dinners from your recipes, plans leftovers into later meals, and leans on what’s in season where you live. Swap anything with a tap.
4

Shop once, spend less

One shopping list for the whole week, amounts added up across recipes, things you already have taken off, and a cost for each meal at typical US grocery prices.
5

Plan together

Invite your partner or whoever cooks with you. You both see and edit the same week and the same list.
