What we keep
Your email, if you give it. The dish names or recipe link you checked, if you sign up after checking. If you subscribe: your subscription status from Stripe, the LDL results you enter, and your weekly check-ins.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers. Your LDL results are visible only to you, and to us when you ask for help.
Who processes it
Supabase stores the data. Stripe handles payments; we never see your card. Our host serves the website.
Deleting your data
Email us and we'll delete your account and everything in it. Every weekly email has an unsubscribe link.
