What you get with Eat Healthy AF
A week planned in minutes
Pick your dishes, or let it suggest a week that fits your goals, what you like and what is in season.
Leftovers planned in
Cook once, eat it twice. Leftovers fill the next lunch or dinner, so you cook fewer nights.
One grocery list, with prices
Everything for the week on one list, minus what you already have, with the cost of each meal and what you save vs takeout.
Your own recipes
Paste a link to any recipe page or YouTube video and it lands in your recipes, ingredients and steps included.
Built around health goals
Lower LDL cholesterol, steadier blood sugar, less salt, more protein or fiber, plus allergies and diets.
Plan together
Invite your partner: one shared plan and list, live on both phones.
What's different: Eat Healthy AF runs in your browser on your phone and computer (no app store download), and it costs $4 a month or $30 a year after 14 free days. No card to start.
Switching takes five minutes
1. Pick your health goals, allergies and how many people you cook for.
2. Add the dishes you like: choose from ours, or paste links to your own.
3. Get your week, with leftovers planned in and one grocery list.
Questions
When does Mealime shut down?
Mealime says it will be discontinued as of October 21, 2026. Its recipes move to Meals Hub, inside the Albertsons Companies store apps and websites.
Can I export my Mealime meal plans?

What is a good Mealime alternative?
Eat Healthy AF plans a week of home cooking around your health goals and allergies, plans leftovers in, and builds one grocery list with prices. It runs in your browser on phone and computer. Free for 14 days, then $4 a month or $30 a year.
